This is how the process works in a nutshell:
Ship your currency with FedEx, UPS or USPS. Place the currency in a standard, sealed letter envelope. Place the paper letter envelope(s) inside the cardboard, shipping envelope.
You have the option of insuring it with UPS or USPS if you choose. It will cost a bit more and the decision is of course up to you.
Be sure to get a tracking number for yourself.This provides you with confirmation that the package has been received by me at the above address.
On the same day I receive your package I will inspect the condition of the Dinar and authenticate it. After I have inspected and authenticated your Dinar I will phone you to let you know that it has been received.
It's a good idea to include your contact information, name, phone and address, inside the envelope along with the Dinar, as well as, a description of the exchange (e.g. 1 Million Dinar for 8 Million VND vs. $800 USD).
After everything has been verified, you can expect that I will have a check back out to you within 24 hours or the following business day. I will mail your check using standard First Class mail with the USPS.
If you would like your check overnighted to you please include an overnight, return shipping label with the courier of your choice. The fastest possible turn around time therefore would be 72 hours or 3 business days, depending on what day of the week you mail it.
If you prefer to have the money deposited directly into you account via wire transfer include a voided check or a copy of your check along with your shipment. Again, payment will be sent within 24 hours after your shipment is received. There will be a $15 wire fee which can be deducted from the amount owed.
